Event Photography Package

The winning bidder will receive a customized photography package specially designed to commemorate a special event, party, or dinner, or a special place, such as a favorite garden, nature park, or other venue.

The package will include:

  • One pre-event consultation in person or by phone to determine parameters for how the package will be customized. (approx. ½ hour to 1 hour)
  • Pre-event photographs of venue ½ hour to 1 hour prior to event, if desired.
  • On site photographing of event or special location. (approx. 2 to 3 hours)
  • One commemorative printed photobook, approx. 20 – 25 pages, 6 x 8 or 8 ½ x 11, with specific styles and options to be customized based on pre-event consultation.
  • 40 – 100 photographs of event to be provided via CD, flash drive, or online (i.e. Google Photos). Medium to be determined during pre-event consultation.
  • Timeframe for completion of photobook and photographs: approx. 2 weeks after event, or as discussed during pre-event consultation. Allow additional time for printing and mailing according to photo lab schedule.
